Enter my color buddy
I like doodling, but I’m strangely terrible at coloring. So, I asked Google Gemini (nanobanana2) to be my color buddy. I uploaded my images to the chat and I got nicely colored images. In the book, I used marker style, pencil crayon style, and solid color style.
You have to be careful that you ask the AI not to edit your doodles or else it will totally change your character and the background. Sometimes that’s okay…it’s up to you. After, I edit my images in Microsoft Paint if my cartoon’s eyes change. There, you can zoom in and tweak colors. Have fun and create your own storybook. I create my books in Designrr, where with a paid plan, you can create a KDP book.
